Here at the NWFM, we are always aiming to increase Here at the NWFM, we are always aiming to increase access; whether that be to the Market itself, or to fresh, local food directly. We also understand that there are many people in our community that are struggling financially, and cost remains a barrier for many. That is precisely why we are introducing our Pay It Forward program at the NWFM! Community members are now able to purchase Market Money at our info booth, and customers are able to access that Market Money, no questions asked. Food tastes better when it’s shared. 🍅🥕🥬

Find out more at our info booth every Thursday in Tipperary Park from 3:00pm to 7:00pm!

Land Acknowledgement

Our market is grateful to operate on the unceded land of the Qayqayt, Kwikwetlem, and other Halkomelem speaking Peoples. We acknowledge that colonialism has made invisible their histories and connections to the land. We acknowledge the incredible gift this land is to our market and BC Agriculture. We commit to the ongoing work of decolonization and allyship.
